Post Manufacturing Support Services

Ecomtek is on dock-to-stock status with most customers and can provide final packaging and direct fulfillment to end markets.

We also provide warranty and return depot services at customer request. These systems can be tailored for specific customer requirements. Our services include: standard manufacturing warranty repair up to and including refurbishment services where products are upgraded to the latest revision. Data is taken from these activities and fed back into the quality and test systems to ensure continuous improvement activities include all available information. Each service is quoted on an “as configured” basis.

Depot Repair Sustaining Services

    Testing - Using specially designed state-of-the-art test equipment, each repair is thoroughly tested to the same rigid test requirements as those of a new device.

    Upgrades - The repair process includes not only quality repair and thorough product testing but also the installation of all factory-authorized upgrades and/or modifications.

    Minimum Cycle Time - We pride ourselves on our best-in-the-industry customer-owned average repair cycle time of seven calendar days, receipt-to-ship.

    Standards - Our employees follow the ANSI IPC-700R specifications for electronic assembly repairs. We also adhere to stringent guidelines for ESD control.

    Emergency Replacements and Exchanges - For specific industrial products, we offer an extensive inventory of remanufactured/reconditioned units to meet critical customer needs. Our 24-hour emergency replacement service provides same-day shipments and overnight delivery 24 hours a day, minimizing customer down time.

    Rush Repair - We provide, upon request, an expedited repair service when a faster turnaround is required on a customer-owned return.

    Product Repair Tracking - Our Computerized Tracking System allows not only immediate status checks of each return but also the collection and consolidation of all repair and return information.
